b. Server Overload: In cases of server overload, an additional 5% of the total over-delivered service will be deducted from your wallet automatically, Shoprime will absorb the remaining (95% of the excess) as a loss.


3. USAGE AGREEMENT

You agree to use Shoprime in accordance with the terms of service of third-party platforms, including Spotify, Audiomack, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.


4. RATE CHANGES

Shoprime reserves the right to modify rates without prior notice. The payment and refund policy remains in effect despite rate adjustments.


5. DELIVERY TIME

Shoprime does not guarantee specific delivery times for its services. We provide our best estimate for order delivery.


6. SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS

Shoprime may modify service types to fulfill orders while meeting customer expectations.

11. FRAUD AND ACCOUNT TERMINATION

Fraudulent activity may lead to account termination and reporting to the Anti-Fraud Agency.


12. DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

You agree not to initiate disputes or chargebacks against us after payment and wallet crediting.


13. ORDER ISSUES

Contact support if an order is not received within the specified time. Non-deliverable orders will receive a refund credit.
